Ian Dunning - CEO

Ian is a former international banker with HSBC. For more than 20 years he has been involved in the conception, design and development of online reference data portals and delivery systems for the international banking community, including SWIFT’s SWIFTRef business unit. In developing these systems he extended the use of payments reference data into platforms designed for corporate use, including payments and e-invoice validation systems.
Ian is also the author of books (in English and Italian) on how companies can gain commercial advantages from the internet.
For the past two years Ian, together with Nick, has been working closely with ICC Ukraine on the development of the Rebuild Ukraine Portal and the Global Export Promotion Program.
Nick Daniel - COO

Nick is a seasoned IT professional with more than 30 years’ experience in the business development of IT platforms and services, principally within the financial services sector. He previously co-founded a fintech start-up and regularly undertakes consulting assignments for emerging companies and new market entrants.
Over the past two years Nick, together with Ian, has been working closely with ICC Ukraine on the development of the Rebuild Ukraine Portal and the Global Export Promotion Program.

As an entrepreneur, Roel focuses on simplifying business processes through digital transformation. Moving from paper-based processes to secure electronic data exchange, and enabling the ethical and legally compliant sharing of data, are key to simplifying and improving international business operations.
International e-invoicing, eCMR, blockchain and Peppol are among the innovations in which Roel is closely involved.
In his role as Chief Innovation Officer at TradeTech Solutions, Roel has also been instrumental in developing the multilingual microsite framework that supports more efficient international market discovery.

Andrew has worked in the reference data industry for more than 20 years and has held a number of international roles combining reference data expertise with commercial strategy. Andrew was formerly with SWIFT, where he was part of the management team of the reference data business line, SWIFTRef.
He was also responsible for partner strategy and served as Global Head of the SWIFTRef Partner Programme. Andrew has extensive experience developing and managing strategic partnerships and has led key projects with several payment infrastructures including the European Payments Council, Euro Banking Association, Pay UK, and the Banking & Payments Federation Ireland.
Flavio Caricasole – Director, Italian Market

Flavio was previously a senior banker with the UBI Banca Group, where he was responsible for International Trade and Payment Systems. He has deep expertise in correspondent banking, trade finance and cash management.
Flavio has also developed business intelligence tools for analysing interbank messaging traffic and created the Transaction Banking Lab, which connects banks’ requirements with fintech solutions available in the market.
In addition, he developed the Italian export portal Proexporters.
Together, the team combines expertise in international banking, digital platforms, trade infrastructure and global market development.
