ExpoWorld’s Multilingual Microsites are available on an annual subscription basis. The subscription currency and price are determined by the country in which the subscriber is registered.

The service and features are identical worldwide; only the subscription price varies by country of registration.

The annual subscription prices are as follows:

EUR 169 per annum. - All countries that use the Euro and\or are members of the European Union\European Economic Area.

GBP 149 per annum* - The United Kingdom, Gibraltar, The Channel Islands, St. Helena, The Isle of Man, and The Falkland Islands.

USD pricing applies to all other countries and territories with three price bands based on the World Bank’s income classification:

1. USD 189 per annum - High income countries.
2. USD 135 per annum - Upper & lower middle income countries.
3. USD 99 per annum - Low income countries.

*N.B. U.K. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied where applicable.

** Due to international embargo restrictions, we are unable to accept subscription requests from: Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, and Syria.

All annual subscription prices are fully inclusive and cover the following:

1. Coverage in all 35 languages — and when additional languages are introduced, they are automatically applied to your Multilingual Microsite at no additional charge.
2. The ability to update your Multilingual Microsite as often as required, at no extra cost.
3. The full cost of your unique subdomain, which you may change if required, at no additional cost.
4. Full hosting of your Multilingual Microsite is included on the ExpoWorld.cloud servers.

These low prices — less than USD 4 per week, all-inclusive — are made possible through the use of AI-enabled processes. Without this technology, delivering the service at this cost would not be possible.

Using a Microsite as a Virtual Stand

Simply by activating the audio\video\chat function you can convert your Multilingual Microsite into a Virtual Stand either as a standalone or with a link from a Virtual Event.

The cost of activating the audio\video\chat function will depend on the length of time that you want the function to be active (minimum 24 hours). If you would like to activate this option, please contact us expoworld@tradetech.cloud telling us:

and we will send you a no-obligation quote.

Price Promise

Your subscription will have an activated auto-renewal function. If you leave this "On", our price promise is that there will be no price increase when the subscription renews. If you do not want to renew, you simply have to turn this to "Off". (You can find this under the "Subscription" tab in the Administrative Page when you login.)

Subscription Cancellation

At any time, you can cancel your automatic subscription renewal.

No refunds will be made for any outstanding period you have paid for. However, your Multilingual Microsite will remain online to the end of your current subscription.

Also, before the renewal date of your subscription, you will receive an automated email renewal advice, giving you time to cancel the renewal if you are not happy with the service.
